Whether traveling by car or air, the scenery on your way to Mammoth offers breathtaking views of the Eastern Sierra. The minute you hit the open road or see the snow capped mountain tops, you'll feel a wave of freedom...and likely sigh into it. It's one of those experiences that makes Mammoth so unique.

By Air

reno-tahoe international airport (RNO)

The closest airport to fly into in the Fall season is the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) via these scheduled service airlines. From there, you may rent a car and enjoy a beautiful scenic drive on US Highway 395 (South) to Mammoth Lakes (roughly a 3 hour drive). While we realize this adds a little leg work, it also adds to the experience of a true getaway.

By Land

Access from all directions via the scenic north-to-south US Highway 395, which runs along the eastern side of California's Sierra Nevada Range.

EASTERN SIERRA TRANSIT AUTHORITY (ESTA)
