Refund & Exchange Policy:

All ticket sales are final and non refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason including, but not limited to; epidemic, fire, action of the elements, governmental order or order of any other legally constituted authority, act of God or the public enemy, war, riot or any other reason beyond Mammoth Yoga Festival’s control (collectively ‘Force Majeure’). However, you may transfer your pass(es) to another individual for the current event.

Waiver of Liability: 

There are serious risks associated with any physical activity, including the practice of yoga. By participating in any classes, workshops or other activities at Mammoth Yoga Festival, you represent that you are in reasonable physical condition and have no medical condition which would prevent your participation in such activities; you acknowledge and assume all risk of injuries or damages, whether known or unknown; and you knowingly and voluntarily waive all claims against Mammoth Yoga Festival LLC, as well as their subsidiaries, employees, volunteers, instructors, and agents, for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in such activities.

Photo and Video Release:

By participating in Mammoth Yoga Festival, you consent to having your photo and/or video taken and agree to allow Mammoth Yoga Festival to use the same for promotional purposes.
