Passionate About Intelligent Yoga
We, at Yoga Lab Mammoth, are focused on intelligent movement. We believe it’s time to shift the way we think about modern-day yoga and the value system we attach to it. The contortionist / gymnast mindset has, for too long, created feelings of insecurity and often led people down pathways to injury. It’s time to smarten up the way we teach and receive yoga and Mammoth Yoga Festival is just one way we are bringing the top minds in the industry together to further this discussion and foster positive change for all who practice. We encourage teachers and students alike to pause, to ask WHY, to ask why NOT - and really carry that inquisitive mindset alongside them in their postural exploration of yoga.
Please join us this year and visit YogaLabMammoth.com for future events and activities in the Mammoth Lakes area.
